Discuss inaction. Is one less guilty of a crime if they let it happen but did not take an active role in it? Compare inaction to action---Are there levels of guilt?
Being guilty of a crime is based upon your actions! If ones actions are more sever then that person should be more guilty of a crime. If one is taking action in a crime while another person knows about a crime, i believe that the person who took action for the crime is more guilty of the crime. yes the person that knew of the crime should be guilty of the crime as well but not to the same level as the one that took action. But then agin if a person who plans a crime but makes someone take forth the action then the person that planed the crime should be just as guilty of a crime as the person that took action.
